Varahasawamy Guest House is a guest accommodation facility physically located in Tirumala, Tirupati Urban, Andhra Pradesh. All web and service users, visitors and patrons of our guest house are hereby informed that these Terms & Conditions are applicable to ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌them.

2.​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ Booking & Enquiries

All room bookings are always subject to the rooms being available. Simply sending an enquiry or submitting a booking request via our website, phone, or email is not enough for a confirmation. Only after Varahasawamy Guest House officially confirms a booking, that booking can be considered as confirmed.

3. Guest Responsibilities

At the time of making an enquiry or a booking, guests should give truthful and complete information. Guests are expected to observe the house rules, show consideration for other guests, staff, and property, and behave in a manner that is suitable for the entire duration of their stay.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Details about check-in and check-out will be given either at the time of booking or upon arrival. When it comes to early check-in or late check-out, it depends on room availability, and there may be an extra charge.

5. Payment Terms

The method of payment, such as whether a deposit or the full amount must be paid, will be informed to you during the booking stage. You are required to pay for all the charges that are applicable either before or on the day of the stay as per the agreed terms.

6. Cancellation & Modifications

Making changes to or cancelling a booking or not showing up without any prior notice would be handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which we will either share with you separately or post on our website.
